I have been supporting and empowering many youths, organisations and institutions from Montserrado, Bong up to Lofa counties in Liberia. Established the Next Generation Youths Prayer Team (NGYPT) of Liberia, established farm and community settlement in Kpondey´s town with Christian Revival Church Association (CRCA), established the agricultural training centre in Bond county (ATC Bong), trained and supported the Gbarnga´s Prison Inmates in establishing small business after their terms. I was a guest lecturer at the department of agriculture of University of Liberia (UL) and at the College of Agriculture and Sustainable Development (CASD) at the Cuttington University from 2015 up to 2017 under the USAID excellent higher educational development in Liberia.

Developed and reviewed the curriculum of the agribusiness courses in Cuttington University and lectured the agricultural economics and marketing, farm production and management, value chain in commercial agriculture and farm structures and management.
Carried out workshops for CASD students, Episcopal dioses of Liberia, churches and private community farms.
